Urgent requirement: vehicle body repairer (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Harris County, Texas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 4+ years on the tools preferred.
