Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Jorhat, Assam. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You should bring accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to work early-morning and night shifts. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹13,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
