Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Olmsted County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
