Great opportunity: gas service engineer (Benue State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Gboko, Benue State. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations ₦3,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
