Vacancy available: meat trimmer (Osun State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Iwo, Osun State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
