Vacancy available: dough maker (Benue State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Ohimini, Benue State. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
