Line cook wanted in Delta County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Delta County, Colorado. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
