Ladle pourer — Kolasib district

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Kolasib district, Mizoram. You will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Ideally you have comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
