Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Cook County, Illinois. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
