Tower crane operator — Damboa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Damboa, Borno State. On a typical shift you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
