Vacancy available: cnc turner (Wales)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Wrexham, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Load and index turning tools in the turret You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
