Great opportunity: domestic gas engineer (Rivers State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Omumma, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Day to day you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
