We are recruiting: catering cook (Imo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
