Canteen cook wanted in Chippewa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Chippewa County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
