Tandoor cook wanted in Aninri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Aninri, Enugu State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Rotating shifts.
