Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
