Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Borden County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
