The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Part-time with flexible hours.
