Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
