Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Knott County, Kentucky. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
