Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
