Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Douglas County, Nevada. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience.
