Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Your main tasks: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
