Brick and block layer — Damban

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Damban, Bauchi State. The job is at a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
