Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Grady County, Georgia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
