The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
