Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. You will work on a road construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
