We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Maverick County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
