Urgent requirement: waiter (Taraba State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Kurmi, Taraba State. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦185,000 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
