Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Platte County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
