Restaurant steward — Dikwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Dikwa, Borno State. You will work in a café. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
