Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Owerri North, Imo State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
