Chef de partie wanted in Mathews County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Mathews County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Performance bonus on top of base pay.
