Prep cook • Asari-Toru, Rivers State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Asari-Toru, Rivers State. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
