Finish carpenter wanted in Freestone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Freestone County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. On the job you will handle: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
