Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
