Captain waiter wanted in Pembrokeshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
