Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
