You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
