Counter butcher — Obubra

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Obubra, Cross River State. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off.
