Powder coating line operator wanted in Sefton

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sefton, England. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 5+ years on the tools preferred.
