Vacancy available: oven operator (Gombe State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Kaltungo, Gombe State. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
