Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Franklin County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
