Meat cutter wanted in Maru

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Maru, Zamfara State. The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift.
