Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Boluwaduro, Osun State. The job is at a plant nursery. Day-to-day duties: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred.
