Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Malda District, West Bengal. You will work at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹22,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
