Bakery assistant • Wayne County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
