Waiter — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Polk County, Florida. You will be based at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $160 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
