Horticulturist • Ijebu East, Ogun State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Ijebu East, Ogun State. You will work in a public park. You will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
