On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
